Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at victoria@mslpublishing.com or call 530-926-4599. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions for mailing your item back to us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original and return shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
